Returns Policy for BritBoy Designs

On the rare occasion that you need to return a product we ask you to follow the policy and guide below. As we are a print on demand service with the environment at the heart we ask you to take into consideration the following things before making the leap and sending back to us:

  1. We are not the size of Adidas, Lululemon or Nike 
    We are a very small son and father business, doing the best we can to create epic retro style prints. So... get in touch with us first, we like to chat
  2. Was it just the sizing that was wrong?
    If so, would another family member or friend enjoy the item.
  3.  Print was bad quality
    This can happen, if so send us an email with some images of the print and we will sort something out with you. 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact BritBoy Designs’  to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the return package.
  • Include the original receipt and /or order number and contact details inside the package.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer (you).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

4. Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, BritBoy Designs will inspect the product to ensure it meets return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will include the cost of the item but exclude original and return shipping charges.
  • If the return is denied, the item will be sent back to the consumer at their expense.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • At this time, BritBoy Designs does not offer direct exchanges. Consumers wishing to exchange an item are advised to return the original item and place a new order.

6. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
